Shipping Policy
ALL SHIPPING IS DONE THROUGH USPS OR UPS SHIPPING SERVICES. Shipping time it dependent on whether the
product is in warehouse or delivery from the distributor. Delivery time ususally takes from 5 to 14 business days dependent upon the availablity of our products in our wharehouse. This does not include weekends, holidays, and actual time product is enroute to its destination from the shipping carrier
Shipping To Another Address
If you have orders shipped to an address that is different from the billing
address on file with your credit card company, BlackImpressions may require
you register the alternate address with your credit card company. To register
an alternate address for shipping purposes, simply call the customer service
number on the back of your credit card, and provide the alternate address. Be
sure to mention that the address is for shipping purposes only. Registering
alternate shipping addresses can help expedite the processing of future orders.
Exchange Policy
If, for any reason, your purchase is damaged while in shipment, BlackImpressions
can exchange the product within 5-7 days of receipt. BlackImpressions will not
make any exchanges without a prior authorization (EMA), so please ensure that
you follow the Procedure that is outlined below. EMA numbers cannot be
extended or reissued.
All authorized exchanges must meet the following guidelines.
- All items must be returned in the original packaging and include all contents.
- The purchase invoice must be included with the return. If there are multiple packages, a separate copy of the invoice must be included in all packages being returned.
- The exchange must be sent within 10 days of the issuance of the EMA.
Any exchange that fails to meet these guidelines will not be considered a complete exchange and could be subject to a restocking fee or denial of exchange.
Procedure for Exchanges
BlackImpressions.com doesn't offer any returns, all sales are final, only exchanges
will be issued according to the Exchange Policy. In order to exchange a product
you must be granted an Exchange Merchandise Authorization (EMA). Once your exchange
is authorized, BlackImpressions will email you instructions for your exchange. Please follow these instructions to ensure that
your exchange is processed in the most efficient manner. EMA numbers can only
be obtained by submitting your information to our email: staff@blackimpressions.com.
